About Javahn Fergurson
My name is Javahn Fergurson, 28 years old. I graduated from New Mexico State University as a student-athlete. I received my bachelor’s in civil engineering & technology. After graduating during the pandemic, I decided to embark on an entrepreneurship journey. I started DreamVilla, a real estate design service for residential properties. About Jolie Pearl
Jolie is a 28-year-old Las Vegas–based real estate professional with a strong foundation in both design and finance. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and raised in Las Vegas, Jolie brings a well-rounded perspective to residential real estate and interior design.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from New Mexico State University, equipping her with a sharp analytical mindset that complements her creative strengths. Straight out of high school, Jolie studied interior design, laying the groundwork for her natural eye for space, form, and style.
Now a licensed Las Vegas Realtor, Jolie specializes in all aspects of residential real estate, offering clients a unique blend of market expertise and design insight. As a beneficial lead designer, she has showcased her versatility across numerous design styles, consistently delivering thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling spaces.
